From the north A1: Exit A1 at the Wetherby/York B1224 exit Turn left at roundabout direction Wetherby Turn left at next roundabout to Sandbeck Industrial Estate Turn right at roundabout entering the Estate Turn left into Sandbeck Way Turn left again continuing onto Sandbeck Way (by the Social Club) IVC/BALANCED BEING is situated on the left
From Wetherby Town Centre: Follow the sign posting to York B1224 and the Wetherby Racecourse.
